Default leaf spring material

Looking for some ideas on what can be used for leaf spring material on a 1/6th build probably in the 10-12lb range

springs from recoil starters work nicely..maybee a lawn mower size spring would do
youll have to heat up(unharden) the ends of the spring in order to make a loop at each end for mounting to the shackles

I used the tines from a leaf rake for leaf springs on my 1:6 Willys.

A portable band saw blade works great too. They are great on a heavier rig.
