Default Wild Dagger Tranny

Hi,
I have an old tamiya wild dagger wich is 4wd and has kinda like clod axles where the motoor is mounted to the gearcase. It is independent suspension and wouldnt be hard to steal a case for a tranny has anyone tried this? I kno that either the output shafts or motor will have to sit kinda high does anybody think this will work? it doesnt seem like to long of a shot.

OH Yea, I love that tranny. Althought it is big and bulky, it is strong and reliable. I used a new one from Tower $19 in my Unimog build.
Check it out
Here is some pics while I was building

It's still not totally finished BUT here are some more recent pics

YES they are. I love it and it was cheap and easy. The worst part is making it fit because it is so long or tall, how ever you turn it.

Not any newer than the Wild Digger... Been around for years. I found them by looking through Towers online catalog.
