| New whinch idea (may need moved to different section )
Hey guys this might not belong here but oh well, i have a idea for a winch. I have a old cheep esc and a 540 21t motor now running that off a 6 pack 7.2 volt do u think that it will pull a 7lbs rig and ideas or comments are wlcome but its just a idea when i get it running and a mounting bracket ill post pics |

Oh well, nothin! I put this in the General Scaler thing cause it can be applied to all the scalers, yes? See how easy that is? |

oh well thanks i was in a hurry postin it and thought that this section would work but ur right general is better since 1.55 and 2.2 also use whinches

It would work, especially if you needed to get up the hill in a split second lol. The only thing is the added bulk of an extra ESC, extra motor and extra battery pack in something that's already tight for extra space. A servo winch still seems like the best idea.

well if you had a rig with worm gear axles you could wire it up like an moa and use one speedo.
