Default built me a winch

static non functional that is
but i RUINED it at the last minute!!!!!!:-( AHHHHHHHH

had the wire wound super tight and a nice row of silver solder across the back, perfect. then i hit it with the torch for like 0.43 seconds and BAM project ****ed, loosed all the solder unwraped adn had solder all over it! AHHHH and then trying to fix it the torch discolored the wire. DAMN IT.. o well......

you should do a belt drive from the winch to a servo inside the truck.

Looks more realistic with the discoloration. Looks like the cables beenpulled a few times.

Where did u get the hooks from? michels or AC moore? Also, what did you use for the line, and the cross things. where could you get nails that small?

all the parts are shown in the first pic, hooks came from hobby lobby, in the jewelry section .99c for 3
the line is from a ceiling mounted light fixture, but picture frame hanging wire is the the same stuff.
o and ther rollers are just nails and there not small Spdsk8er, there 3" long 16 penny nails...

Rik ur a show off....... thanks for killing my pride!
