Default New Scaler

I havent built a scaler since my 6x6 a few years ago and i keep thinking it would be fun to make a new one since i have some new tools at my disposal but what to build?

Something simple and add scale stuff to it? I do dig this revo sized 70s era ford body i saw at the hobby store. But would it be too easy to just throw some axles under a nice body?

Or maybe something extreme? A half track design? Runs the risk of being very cool but not very scale.

I just dunno so i figured i would see if anyone had any ideas.

Ford guy huh?

Do a 1/6 scale Ford Raptor! I think they are really 1/8 scale but, check them out on the forum. I think only a few people have ever done them so far.
NewBright makes the body.

LOL, nope. Ive never considered myself more loyal to one brand over the other in the truck game. It was just a cool looking body.

Maybe i can find a cool stretch dually ABS body in the forsale section. That would be a fun chassis to make too.
