I just got a set at wal mart that had a canoe and kyak for about 10 bucks. The canoe is about 11 1/2 inches long.

Bass pro shop, comes with fishing poles, paddles/ore, canoe, and a kyack for $8 and taxes. I have a video tha has a range rover and raft strapped to the top from walmart for $10.

Good suggestions above. Or, you could make one out of styrene.

A 12' canoe would be about 14.4" @ 1/10 scale.
