|  Help me choose!
I am in the middle of choosing a new build since my 2 SCX10's are pretty well done as far as buying parts - here are my choices - Long wheelbase SCX10 (using HPI 79 Ford F150 extended cab body (14" wheelbase) crawler - really want to do this after seeing a pic of exactly what I want to do on here -pretty bad ass!  Leaf spring retro monster truck using Highlift chassis, TXT-1 axles, and SCX10 trans - 3S brushless powered Stock class spec SCX10 (small improvements upon a stock SCX10 Power Wagon) - cheapest option |

I would actually buy the RTR Power Wagon kit (@RPP - $384.96 w/ 12.3"WB link kit).. I don't have any parts to build another.. my current builds use mostly aftermarket parts (save for axles/trans and they're doneish - need electrics) The 14" wheelbase build will not be cheap - between RC4WD/RPP I got $711.06 LOL that's with full electrics, and full build The retro 4WD/4WS monster truck will be in the neighborhood of $600 as I already have the brushless setup that would go in it but need new clod wheels/tires,TXT-1 axles, 2 servos, 8 shocks, Highlift frame/leafs, ect, ect Last edited by Zac_F71; 07-12-2015 at 01:55 PM. |

I would go with with the long wheelbase can't beat a old ford they just look great on the trail

yeah ive been wanting one of those long wheel base fords, they look sweet., but i do have a retro ford monster truck. im still working on it. i love it   |
