Default highlift axles question

Is anyone running tamiya highlift axles? Are they any good? I'm looking for narrow scale axles that aren't super expensive, any other ideas? I found a set of them on ebay for $75.

They are good as long as you don't mind the unscale appearance, run a light rig, and don't plan on beating on them hard. You can still find some upgrades for them on here occasionally

The TLT's are even more narrow than the highlift axles. Personally, as far as strength goes, they are pretty stout. We used stock highlift and TLT axles in 4wd pulling trucks with very few issues.
