I have the scx10.2 one. Have yet to install it. I’m a bit hesitant due to the fact in how much it raises the transmission. In addition, I would have to cut out more material from the back panel of my hilux. Also, i would figure you would want the weight of the tranny down lower rather than higher. Just not sure the benefits of a small bit of clearance you’d gain is worth it. Still on the fence at this point.

Not sure about an scx2, but if you install this skid on an scx without adding a way to raise/relocate the frame side of the upper links wouldn't you end up with literally 0 vertical seperation of the links at the frame side? Usually that's not the hot setup and makes for an unstable truck while adding a ton of stress to the links/rod ends.

Maybe useful with link relocation brackets, or aftermarket chassis? Looks similar to what is recommended for the GMRC Drag Queen chassis, which works very well.
