Spoken from someone that's never had or cant build a WPL. Ill put anyone of my WPL toys against your best pricey toy truck, and guarantee it will hold up just as well.

Are these C34's the same size and wheelbase as the C24?

No, they are not the same. The C34 is fairly large and seems to be 1/12 scale. The WPL Hilux (C14/C24) are 1/14, 1/15 or thereabouts.

C34 body itself is about 11.5” long and 6” wide.

I don’t know about the wheelbase length on the WPL C24 with the full pickup bed, but the frames between the C34 and C14/24 are not even the same frame rail design. Looks like they really tried to differentiate the two basic models.
