Radio Shack Headlights LED's?

I was recently at radio shack checking out all there LED's.They have alot of colors to choose from, and different mounts that are actually pretty scale looking, I was wondering if anybody has made headlights out of these, and if so what king of power source they used....Any tips on scale headlights would be appreciated. Thanks.
