Default Cutting 8-32 all thread and brake line

Is there an easier (and more accurate) way to cut this than with a dremel?

Tubing cutter for breakline. Dremal is the best for the thread rod that i can think of... fastest too. but you could use a hack saw,

I use tube cutter for brakeline. Cheap one from wally world. I use dremel to cut allthread and solid rod.
