i have done alot of building on all kinds of crawlers and never posted on this site before now, so here it goes. rock crusher tires, losi comp crawler beadlocks, wk axles, axial ring and pinion, extended stampede drive shafts, axial frame plates cut down, axial transmission, tq3, tekin fxr esc, cc bec, 3 cell lipo, and 3/16 brake line!

That thing looks sharp. What a mix of parts!!! I would like to make me a rock racer like that!

Nice crawler but I have one question I hope this doesn't sound stupic but why do I see everyone running their shocks upside down?

the only time i do it is with traxxas shocks. the reason is that they only have the one rod end, which would be on the bottom, and it mounted better at the top. i started cutting the top off of the caps, then drilling a hole in the center, and bolting a rod end to it. i guess i could flip them back around, just never thought much about it.

i think the only crawler i have that dont have all kinds of different parts on it is my new lcc. and i've already robbed the beadlocks to put on this one, but they were replaced with some jconcepts.

Also helps lower your center of gravity. Sometimes every little bit helps!

I sold my wk/ axial project awhile back ago. Miss is so much i am about to build another one. But i am waiting for the DNA chassis to put it in!
