i'm new to the crawling thing, kinda jumped in head first here are some specs: wheely king trans and axles, hpi gear reduction, traxxas xl5 speed control, traxxas titan 12t, 4 wheel steering, energizer 60 lumen reverse lights, 80 lumen streamlights for driving lights, it has six other leds for ground lights and two red leds for dash lighting all controlled with two micro swithches and two independent aa batterie packs( lighting is a issue this far north). the cage is made of 1/4 inch steel brake tube and brazed. i stole the seats and dash from a new bright rzr. the weight is extremly heavy! i made the chassie from scrap aluminum or various thickness. more pics:

I've had a tamiya high-lift for years and i have crawled with it but it lives with a snowplow for the deck and walkway, my group of rc buds were racing slashes and baja 5bs and playing with nitro............. then some one hit a switch now i got a back yard crawler course with tree climbs(e-walk village) and all i want to do is crawl.....

It makes my hight-lift look like a on road car lol...... not quite as capable as my axial ax10 it sure is far from a comp crawler. My starting vision was sorta a 2.2 scaler for ttc type action. Im not realy sure how to catagorize it or even what class it would fall in. I have been using it as kinda the test rig for the obsticals in my backyard crawler course.

thanks guys, pappa smirf lol kinda like that one. northern lights is fitting but it is a little cliche up here, seems like everything is named after the aurora. im also looking for a SamMcgee action figure.

The bottom one says this:
This video contains content from EMI, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds.

But the top one works. I subscribed as well. This is a nice build. I love the engraving work too! You should call it "The Blue Yeti."
