Question Wheely King with savage shocks???

I have a wheely king and i streched the wheelbase out with revo push rods 4 link syle and other traxxas parts.I bought the aluminum shocks and used my stock springs cause there a lot softer than ones that came with my new shocks but becuase of the strech my tranny seemed to bottom out so i adjusted the preload but no ive comprimized my travel so ive been beating around the idea of using savage shocks and softer springs than the stocks and mabe cut a couple coils out of the springs

ps what about slapping some 14mm hex wheels with a deep offset does anybody have any

The first thing you need to do is get rid of the stock chassis. After that, worry about your shocks.

I've been running savage shocks on my WK since about day two. Granted, they're in a droop setup, but it works well.

That's a great way to make buds around here. Was just making a suggestion before someone jumped down your throat about it. Poor young Jedi....
