|  Anyone Near Rochelle?
Hi, Soon I will be moving near Rochelle and starting a new job and wondering if anyone is near by to go wheeling  I'm mostly into scalers but I do have a lnc.

I'm from Rockford. Not many people in the area are into crawlers or scalers i do stuff with Nirc guys everything is pretty much near Chicago. Most people in the Rockford area do the short course thing because of Raceem

Yeah NIRC on the NIRC thread is the most active group of rock crawlers near Rochelle.... there is also a group of guys in the far south suburbs too.

There are allot of guys in the Rockford area... you would be very surprised. They just stay fairly quiet.

I'm near algonquin, but have a sis in Rochelle. Some cool stuff out at NIU which is close to there. I'm always down to clown wherever |

Bunch of stuff all over the NIU campus, good spots off Annie Glidden south of campus around the industrial parks, couple parks scattered through town with creeks and stuff as well.

I live in Poplar Grove, i have two comp crawlers and working on a scaler. there are a few spots in the Rockford area, but the best place is about two hours north in WI at devils lake near the dells.
