Thanks for posting up and getting this underway Aaron Now that I am back from Crawlerado, here is a little update.. Sign-in: 6:00pm Start time: 1.9 - 7:00pm 1.9's will run 2 courses and a Finals Right after 1.9's finish, 2.2 courses will be built... Now for the twist......No lightplants or Halogen lights will be put up this year. We will only use what light the park has to offer.. Drivers - You can use Led's and a flashlight or the headband type flashlights if you desire(not both a handheld flashlight and headband style)..But a judge or a spotter will NOT hold it for you..It is up to YOU on holding your own light and seeing where you are going Last edited by TwistedCreations; 07-21-2009 at 01:26 PM. |

Yes....You can use just about any light you want..You just can not use the LED headband AND a hand held flashlight. Its one or the other...

| Hello I am new to the crawling seen but not to RCing. I just got a SCX-10 and built it last week, hopefully I can get some paint on the body and come out to the park for my very first crawling event, and hopefully get some pointers and setup help from experienced crawlers. My questions are: What class would a SCX-10 be placed in? Also what do you need to do to become a member of Tri-State Crawlers? Any setup help before the event would be greatly appreciated Ex. Weight in front tires etc. Thank you Bryan |

| Yep and that's the best way..Hard to tell how well or crappy a truck does, until you get out and drive with others. But don't be talking about all of that "I won't do well".. That dead ass last spot is mine and I won't let you just have it |

Easy Twisted, you encroaching on my traditional position now. Quick question, is the night crawl friendly for me without a bunch of hassle/aggrivation? Let me know. |

Handicrawler, I think you will be fine out there as long as its not muddy. The ground is pretty flat around the rocks. If it gets too bad we will put some swampers on your chair. |

Handi, as beest stated, its pretty flat there. With us doing this in the dark, I may try to keep the courses towards the edges of the rocks for safety reasons. But if Aaron doesn't have any problems there, you should be set |

I hope to be there, but I could be late. I have my little crawler's first birthday party that day. And she sure is my Little Crawler, she can take some steps but she prefers to crawl over any and everything.
