4 link setup on stock chassis Sorry if this has been asked before but does anyone have pictures of a stock mf with a 4 link setup? specifically where the links mount to the chassis Thanks all |
Re: 4 link setup on stock chassis yes... there are. but me searching will be as useful as you searching. i dont have any pics right now of one. maybe i can find an old one... Trail Force Photos by mjderstine | Photobucket here are some pics. but these are two short side axles. supershafty makes a offset mount for the stock width axles. check out his site at Super Shafty Kyosho Axle Mods - Super Shafty |
Re: 4 link setup on stock chassis Cool thanks for the help |
Re: 4 link setup on stock chassis If you drill some holes in the chassis above the lower mount holes, these will be for the upper links. Make the holes so the links will be parallel to the lowers, but make some adjustability for them. The upper links will also need to be mounted on the inside of the chassis. The lowers can stay where they are stock. Then get yourself some Super Shafty shark fins and away you go. I have a modified chassis if you're interested. |
