| good 1/6 bodies
besides the GIJoe flatties, and the NB Tj...What 1/6 bodies are out there? I am building 2 flatties right now (currently just the bodies), but I want to know what else I can find. Thanks

There are 1:6 Range Rover Sports out there- haven't been made in a couple years, though. Also New Bright had a 1:6 LR3 also.

When doing your searching online, be sure to pay attention to the actual measurements of the body, more so than the scale listed. All manufacturers, toy or hobby grade, vary the term "scale" quite a bit. I have a nice "1:6 Scale New Bright F-150," that is much closer to 1:8 scale than the advertised 1:6 scale. If you are going to get the body first, then build around it, this shouldn't be an issue...................but if you are building around a future body, make sure you have the measurements first. |
