are you going to cut up your 1:1 Brian? if thats the case I'm painting this thing pink. haha
wait till you see what else i have in store...surprise surprise.

Rockpiledriver 12-06-2011 12:08 PM

Yes paint it pink!

Remember a project called "the animal"? It came from a guy by you, who's name I forget. He sold it to Ben and I ended up with it. It has sat unfinished for years. When the Wraith's came out I thought that would be perfect for it rather than being WK based. I am now inspired.

spiderxx 12-06-2011 04:26 PM

Lookin good.

WraithCrawler 12-06-2011 09:37 PM

Cool thread. I had been thinking about this for a while. I want to make a 1:6 scale ride for a standard G.I. Joe.

RusT808 12-07-2011 07:12 PM

It sits little better now..i added some RC4WD 100mm scale shocks to the front and some 120mm venom creeper shocks for the rear. Also wanted to try to do an integrated rear shock tower. "thumbsup"

YoUnG_vErSiOn 12-08-2011 11:50 AM

a couple of new ideas have just manifested in my brain....this thing is going to be over the top...and heavy.

greenjk 12-08-2011 02:21 PM

adamargue 12-08-2011 06:40 PM

This looks great man.

ToobIcon 12-08-2011 11:27 PM

I got a chance to check this thing out the other night. Talk about over the top. The amount of thought being put into this is amazing. I am looking forward to this being finished in worst way. It is heavy, and getting heavier with every upgrade but with my Willys I found the weight helps a lot.
Y V, I still am going to stick to my guns and suggest you run internal/external sprung shocks. K, nuff reading, get back to building! Aloha.

YoUnG_vErSiOn 12-14-2011 12:13 PM

Project is hold, building new workbench..."thumbsup"
