|  AR44 axles for 1/6 willys
Hello all, Starting my Hasbro jeep build and I'm trying to figure out the axle setup. I've searched the threads, but can't find any that are present time builds. Wanted to know if the AR44 axles can be widened enough to work for my project. Thanks |

The ar44 axles will keep the tires under the body if your looking for scale and or stock scale look yes it will work if you want the modded lifted with big tires aftermarket look your better off with ar60 axles in my opinion anyway

Thanks jerp....was hoping for the less costly way to go. I thought there was a mod to widen the 44's. After looking more at the costs and options....the 60's are looking good.

the ar60s will look like full width axles. wheely king and xr width axles look like a mildly modified jeep.

When I was running the XR modded AX-10 axles, they were a great width for the Hasbro Jeep if you wanted to keep half of the tire under the body. I used the hex to hex measurement as a guide line when I narrowed AR60 axles, mainly for a more scale look.
