I need the following measurements please

from the windshield

Top of frame to the top of the glass the .039 in the drawing

top of the glass to the bottom of glass or windshield opening the 3.67 in the drawing

Bottom of the glass to the bottom of frame, with measurement in the middle the 1.09 in the drawing

drawing is not to scale, its for demonstration only

If some kind person, could take these measurements it will

Help with the Jeep windshield, I want to have printed on Shapeways

I need the measurements, so I can change the file of 3B windshield to flat fendered Military syle windshield

I think you measurements are off, cause I was able to play with Solidworks, for about 10 minutes too night

Cause I showed the CNC instructor at the college tonight, the file and your dimensions and he said they are not correct

They windshield in the file is the right height, cause he tried to space out, the glass opening and section below the window and the section above the window

To the measurement you gave and something is not right

Need the correct measurements

What I'm trying to do is take a 3D drawning of a 3B windshield

and convert it to a Military style windshield, like the original Hasbro one

I need some one to let me borrow there's

so I can get accurate measurements and trace it for reference

and show it too, one of the instructor at the college, cause now I know

they have Soildworks, just need some time with the program

and some help

Re-measure
Top of frame to top of glass =10mm
Glass alone=53mm
Bottom of frame to bottom of glass (not including mount bars)=35mm

I need to borrow one, so I have it in front of me, I could make a partial drawing of the top of frame using measurements

and another of the glass opening using measurements and merge them with the 3B file

so don't have draw the mounting bars and it will match the contour of the hood

Cause that part is fine, it the spacing to the glass, glass spacing, and the top spacing

And I'm also not sure if the is a lip around the glass, I cannot tell from picture

I need to look at in front me

To be honest with you, no I don't

I have the Grill and Windshield and the unfinished cowl for a 3B

I got them from Nomadpsd, I sent him a pm and asked him for the 3B files

He offered me the files that he has for the 3A also, but I don't what he has for 3A, I didn't get his 3A stuff

He e-mailed the files for the 3B, I'm sure if you asked him, he might send them too you
