Default dead micro

My micro just died out of the blue no lights on the ESC at all...plug the battery in the charger and the LED on it won't light either? Is it the battery or the ESC? I bought this a week ago from another member and looking on Losi's website it says to flip an on off switch but this one doesn't have one?!?! any ideas?

sounds like the switch was removed not a big deal. as far as the charger and battery
assuming you are running the stock Nimh battery and are charging with the AA powered battery box try the 9volt trick

Battery isnt charging

next time pull the pack out when you notice the micro loosing power. when it drains to far the brick charger wont charge it

It was the nimh pack for the crawler. The pack drained to a point that the charger wouldn't "see" it, so to speak. Putting the 9v up to the nimh pack for 1 second to zap some voltage back into it so the charger can "see" it again.

That will never get old! It's like this forum's version of "that's what she said..."
