Default trail trekker tires

With the stock trail trekker tires they just don't grip while waiting for a different setup could I cut off every other nob on the top and the straight nobs across the top just cut them off will that help

i have one and we have already tried we lost more traction then we gained but for us we are crawling on slick rocks but depending on the surface it could benefit you or loose like we did.

I took a sharp razorblade and siped every center lug horizontally right down the middle, and I did the same on all the outter lugs but I cut those at an angle from the outside in. Just becarefull not to cut too deep. The idea was more biting edges. I did see a bit better performance but nothing I sane! I was gonna post the same thread eventually :-)

Depending on the surface you crawl you could try the Simple Green trick to soften them.

wd-40 works well to soften them too. I assume you have wheel weights and no foam in the tires correct? that helps traction ALOT.

I trimmed some trekker tires, it worked well. I used some fingernail clippers. It was easy.
