Trail Trecker wheel is direct fit to Losi micro crawler?

Folks,
Wish to know is the Trail Treckr's wheel (LOSB1578)directly fit to the Losi micro crawler?
Just want to change it coz tht wheels look more realistic & the Losi micro crawler s one looks crappy as if it is a tractor :$

Do I need to do any mod for tht such as stub or bearing changes etc?
