Default Losi Aluminum Beadlock Weights

I have a set of Losi's Aluminum Beadlocks and was wanting to get the bolt on weights but on Horizon's site they are saying that each wheel weight weighs 16g. The title says 30g (assuming they mean all 4), but 16g x 4 = 64 g. Does anyone know where the 30g come into play or have anyone weighed these weights?

I have these on my Losi beadlocks... They are a bit over an oz (31ish grams) for a wheel (2 weights) ...

I wish they were much heavier though. You can wrap lead in the center of your wheels and get much more weight for the space used.

I was figuring that each weigh did weigh the 16g as stated....yeah 1oz per wheel seems light, but it's a mini. I still plan getting them and wrapping some stick-ons around it all.

So are these what come with the wheels then? According to losi the wheels include the 16g weights with the wheels, so are these extra or?

Yeah, they come with the wheels when you purchase them. I got mine off a MRC I bought in the FS section.....don't believe mine have any weights in them. I haven't pulled a tire off yet. One wheel with a Losi Blue Claw weighs 6 oz. vs the stock wheel and tire of 3oz.

6oz sounds like it has the weights in it... mine are 7ish oz with 1oz of added lead and running flat irons.

FYI, I bought mine used also and 2 wheels have a smaller weight than the other 2. I do not know what comes from LOSI but these do all look stock. The fronts are wider and fill the entire groove the rears do not fill the groove.

Pulled my wheels off last night and the wheels had the LOSI weights installed. I just didn't realize how much the sides of the wheels stick up. I could squish the tires a good bit and couldn't feel the weights. I didn't think there were foams in the tires either, but it was. Guess I just used to feeling 2.2 wheels without a channel in the wheels.
