Default Stock Rx bind with AT M8

Hey, has anyone had any luck binding the stock receiver to an Airtronics M8 radio?

What other radios have people had success with stock Rx?

I'm planning on getting a 2.4ghz Futaba 3pm.
Wondered if any one uses one with the stock receiver, might save me buying another receiver.

If it has a Spectrum module, it shouldn't be a problem.
I don't think the Futaba 2.4g is compatible.

Huh, I guess because you have the Spektrum module. I've got the Airtronics 2.4G setup not having any luck

I'm pretty sure I read a post somewhere about someone running Futaba without a problem.
I've searched and searched but can't find it again, hence this post.

Oh well I'm likely getting the Futaba anyway so if it works bonus, if not I'll be buyin another Rx.
