Default "SSS"ierra's MRC

I picked up this MRC back in March of 09'. I told myself I would just keep it bone stock and use it as an indoor fun toy... However, I couldn't resist tearing into it like the 99.9% rest of us. So here goes.

Chassis: DNA R/C SSS w/ bent links in the rear and delrin links up front

Wheels: 1.9 axial support Proline Chisels, weighted (2.5 oz. front, 0 rear). Custom memory foam.

Electronics: Novak Mongoose Crawler system, Hitec 645MG, Spektrum R/X, Novak 2 cell lipo cut-off, MaxAmps 800 mah 2 cell lipo

Axles: MRC axles with metal lockers, HR axle C's and Knuckles. Losi aluminum straight axles in the rear. Modded dogbones. Link- Modding stock MRC for increased steering throw

Body: 1.9 legal proline VW bug with my first flame paint job.

On to the pictures.

MINI SSS in action. An interesting concept but I just don't think the 1.9 is heavy enough to make it as fucntional as it should be.

Pretty cool none the less
