| Getting my MRC ready for MOTORAMA
I have enjoyed the mini, it was my first rig that I owned. It has gone through several changes. I wanted more steering throw and a more powerful servo. So I got some Felsenfest knuckles that use the LCC ends and put on my spare HS7954SH and set the BEC to 6v. I love the knuckles and the proper Ackerman. I lowered the bodyand switched out my Stump puller for a HH TMM and put all the new alum. parts I ordered. What a change from where I started with a stock chassis and a metal integy cage bolted to the top. Here is the turning with the stock dogbones. Here is the steering with the Felsenfest knuckles. original height Lowered body Hope to see you at MOTORAMA. |

I got the EGRESSor Felsenfest knuckles for the MRC with the LCC stubs, Alum. C's, rear lockouts, overdrive pinion for the front, put in my spare HS 7954SH servo with a BEC to give me 330z. and switched to the Holmes Torque Master Mini. I ran a Reedy Stump Puller all season. I was a great motor but it was a pain to keep the pinion mesh correctly. I love my GC3 chassis and reweighted the Proline wheels for a little more weight up front. I have some other things coming I hope. http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/showthread.php?t=209205&highlight=mrc+knuckles Last edited by Jslick; 01-21-2011 at 08:27 AM. |

Looks good. You'll enjoy Motorama. Last year, Motorama was my first big comp. It hooked me on the big comp scene. I can't get enough of them now. Look forward to competing with ya... I'll have my mini ready. |
