Default Making body panels

Anyone have advice on making some body panels for the BWD mini wedge?
Thinking of using some thin Aluminum sheets to make some out of from hobby lobby. Any advice on this?

I took advantage of Dons generous 20% off Monday and picked up a dub topper for my mini wedge. I'm going to use clear lexan and inkjet printable vinyl sheet to add design. Light, easy to shape, bend and makes holes to attach to the chassis. Cheap too.

i left the skins on that one, you can take them off and use them for templates. the lexan i had on it was rather thick, i would go with .030 so it will flex better at the left side transmission area by the skid.

when in doubt, install them clear, bolt it down at the skid and trim with a razor knife around the chassis till it fits perfect.

i needed skins for my mini low pro wedge,I wound up using a 2 liter Mountain Dew bottle. LOL ... green as can be!
