Shit buddy, you just got it what last night , nice to see you just dive right in head first buddy. Looking at that thing I would have a tough time handing the controller over to my daughter, looks sweet. Whats the paint scheme gonna be??? I would hate to be in your shoes having the rig that built and not having a motor, sucks ass .

Not having the right motor sent to me with my order blows major balls.
I really wanted to get it going for my daughter, but she might just run the XR for a pack or two.

HAHA, she probably wont hand the controller back. Looks like you got yourself a non running mrc pro and your daughter just got herself an xr

Shit I think your right.
I was super mad about the motor thing, she was just geeked to see the MRC pulled out od the box. She kept saying " crawler, crawler , crawler. Lets go crawl daddy."
I felt so bad when I pulled a 540 can motor out of the box of goodies.

Dude that sucks so bad, I woulda been so pissed. I know when I presented my daughter her new 2.2 purple Honcho her jaw hit the floor and she just kept saying "thank you daddy it's just what I ever wanted" over and over again then it was "can we drive it" course I finished it on a rainy day so the walls in the house got a little shit kicked,it was so cute. I feel bad for you guys man, rpp should see this thread and overnight that sucker out to yeah, I know wishful thinking lol.

Yeah, its all taken care of, but no overnight action.
Atleast the truck will be ready our family trip.
I still need to redo my panels on the Viper to match this rig.

OD green anyone?

I shoulda been able to guess on the ODG paint, looks good, time to get some scratches on that thing.
hopefully that motor gets here quick. are you planning on running a BEC on this rig? or see how the BoneR's internal BEC handles that 645

I am going to see how it handles it, if it gets glitchy the CCBEC on standby will go on. I have a spot on this little thing for it.

I'd be really amazed if it was the motor but I'm used to waiting a month for parts being in Canada, I'm betting it's gotta be the topper. Is the v2 differant than the viper setup you have, trying to find info on it but can't see much?

Got the motor. My daughter is so happy. I got it wired up and she ran it for about 4hours today.
Not the best wiring wire, but its okay.

This weekend we will be giving it a full shack down run. I will be testing my new setup on the 2.2, and testing out my new car. Its got the perfect back hatch area for wrenching and repairs.

Right on man. It's cool to see the next generation starting so young. My 2.5 yr old boys already charging gates with daddy's mini juice. Since Horizon's blowin out the MRC Pros for under a bill...might be time for junior to get his OWN rig. What knucks or C's ya got there?

For right now she is running stock everything. I only let her run 2s, I put a 3s in it yesterday and it was stupid awsome. I think she is going to like it alot. She wants to run it as soon as I get home.
