Default Keeping warm

So may seem like a dumb question, but how do you guys stay warm? Mostly talking about hands. Hot hands? Thick gloves?
I'm struggling to keep my hands warm while maintaining a mobile trigger finger.

I have a pair of "crawling gloves" just regular gloves with the tip of the trigger finger cut off

I have some LL Bean gloves I wear. 2 years ago my esc engulfed into flames so I used the truck to stay warm that day.
