Default New year crawl

I'm on vacation the first week of January and NEED to crawl. Thinking Reid
Just because it has the best chance of having some clear areas on the point to crawl. But obviously we can play it by ear and see how the weather does. Can be a week day or weekend. I want to get the new cord out on the rocks and see how it does.

I like the idea. Maine 4X4 has a "Hangover Run" every year on new year's day, and my wheeling rig needs love before it's trail ready.
It will definitely depend on the weather since scale rigs have everything but heat. LOL
If it's going to be 40 degrees or more I'll more than likely be there.
Below 40 or high winds.... no thanks.

I'll keep an eye on the forecast!
I need a crawling fix badly, the last 10 days have been a complete living hell......

Still waiting a bit to see what the weather is like. I'm off that week so whatever works for the masses should work for me

Well, after this storm I know Bradbury is buried in snow. How much did you guys get up on the coast by Reid? Think that's our only chance for open rocks. Looks like Wednesday has the best forecast low 40's possible. Wednesday work for anyone? Know it's a work day but figured I'd ask.

We got around 6" from this storm.
With Reid being in a high wind zone and yesterday afternoon's thaw, there's a good chance that the rocks are fairly bare.
I'd love to go, but as you said, Wednesday is a work day.
Have fun if you go!

Maidens cliff has less than 2 inches of snow and ice. Just throwing it out there.

I'd like to try maidens sometime but it's 100 miles each way there for me. Reid is far enough at an hour and half for me each way. I'm still planning for Wednesday all day.

I'm still in. Looks like the rain will move out in time and it's the only day above freezing in sight. Rob or nick, you guys still in? Meet 10ish and run until we freeze or dusk?

I can't remember if I have an appointment at 10 tomorrow and the place is closed.
If I do I can be there at 1130 ish.
If I don't (I'll know at 8am) I can be there at 10am.
I'm down for a crawl session if it isn't pouring.
I'll post here in the morning one way or the other.
