There are plenty of places for scale crawling. This area is loaded with state parks and RI has plenty of places to crawl near the ocean. http://bostoncrawlers.com/site/ http://www.nercc.net/ http://www.wickedrcracing.com/ |

Bostoncrawlers.com is a great group of guys. By the end of my first comp a couple months ago, I felt like a member of the family. I've learned a ton and get better every time I go. They have a summer series coming up, where they are all over the state every other saturday, all kinds of fun to be had. I'm in Oxford, ma, so if your ever up that way, send me a pm and I can show ya a couple cool places. -bryan |

Pretty sure everyone who shows up at the comps has a scaler too, at the ice climb and king of the quarry people bring scalers.

| Scalers
Hey Guys, Boston Crawlers primarly focuses on 2.2 competive crawling but don't get us wronge we like you scalers too Like Bryco said we do hold events here and there where we welcome anything with wheels. We just had our Ice climb and there were a few scalers that showed up for that. We even had a miscellaneous entry (see video). We held King of the Quarry last October which was an event inspired by King of the Hammers. We will be hosting another one of these events later this year. Keep your eyes open for the flyer. |

First off, welcome to Boston. Theres a forum called NERCC. New England RC Crawlers. You can join by going to Nercc.net. Theres always something going on. Theres a section on the site that has dates for get togethers and comps. My name is the same on Nercc as it is here. Good luck and welcome. Dan |
