MST CFX-W Bronco build I never take pictures of my builds or even post about them so this is a first for me. Initial impressions of the kit for me is that the plastics are of very high quality, on part with Axial IMO, tolerances are very tight and stuff like axles and the transmission have no slop whatsoever and are buttery smooth. Looking forward to driving it soon. Parts list for the build: - HH Torquemaster pro 35T (first HH product, excited about it) - Axial AE-2 ESC - Traxxas 2075 Servo - 1.9 ebay Beadlocks - Pitbull Growler AT with CI Lil Nova Foams - Vaterra Bronco Body - Traxxas end links with the kit aluminum tubes (to help get my 278mm Wheelbase) - FlySky GT3B controller Pics for now http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...ps7ytwudjn.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...psev8ag4rn.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...pszy7gfuuz.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...pstcvd3gzk.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...psals4bebp.jpg Kit tires looks good but they are way too hard to perform properly IMO. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...ps8bbebjls.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...pspnylzgn6.jpg |
Re: MST CFX-W Bronco build Very nice. I don't suppose that you have the part number for those Traxxas end links? I have a D90 pick up that needs a chassis! Cheers Brookers |

Re: MST CFX-W Bronco build Was thinking hard about getting one of these a while back. Kinda wish I did now. Love any Bronco builds. |
Re: MST CFX-W Bronco build finished everything I could until all my parts arrive. I enjoyed the build to date, went together very well. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...psk4cnjd0w.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...psb0p8di3g.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...psq5ej5byq.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...pst48hbrai.jpg made a plate for the receiver box and one on the other side for the ESC http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...psomfkbdzf.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...pszgznlt1a.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...pspdkyh8oq.jpg next to its brothers and sisters until parts arrive http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...psf9vfi7qv.jpg |
Re: MST CFX-W Bronco build is there any update on your car ? |
Re: MST CFX-W Bronco build Any updates? Side to side pictures with an scx10? Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk |
Re: MST CFX-W Bronco build well, I've been busy travelling for work lately but here's a solid update. The body I bought used pre-painted and stickered up, but the PO didn't do a great job.... ohh well. I've used it a bit and it seems to crawl very similar to my SCx10's overall, much more clearance and it does feel more top heavy. Will have to work on that. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...ps9jj9hccj.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...psohxm2vw4.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...pslnhjkzkm.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...pskajxcr2f.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...psaffqrip2.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...psje9nfuus.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...pslpfw2qdn.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...psy9lmzpqm.jpg Consider this build done for now, I will post more when I add some changes and mods. For now i'll be starting a GCM Skeleton based JK hard body build. |
Re: MST CFX-W Bronco build front and rear bumpers are from MST with the car, or optional parts ? They are in plastic or metal ? |
