Default CFX-W Wheelbase

Hey guys, I know the standard wheel base is 300mm but has anyone stretched it to 315mm or know of the best way how?

Nevermind, just found the Boom Racing link kit. That will be perfect.

The Boom Racing kit is a must have I think. It's great and adds a decent amount of heft.

I'm going to build mine with the 300mm wb, but going to run the boom racing links on the front.

You can still use all the links. You just need to get shorter tie-rod ends.

I think you can hit 300mm if you shorten all the tie rod ends on both ends of each link.

Cool, thanks! I'll look into that.

RCMart sells the shorter tie-rod ends that will fit the Boom Racing links. http://www.rcmart.com/advanced_searc...+speed&x=0&y=0

They also sell 313mm and 300mm length links made by Samix. More expensive though.

I will probably try the Samix steering links they sell, as it's bent and will give more clearance over the axle cover that wasn't possible with the Boom Racing ones.

Also considering getting the 300mm Samix links for my 2nd CFX-W
