Okay I WANT! Looking at Kyosho's website it looks like retail will be roughly $250 and should be available in March.

They nailed it on the body but seemed to have failed everywhere else. The wheels are their own design with no hex, then you have the stupid AA batteries still, and last but not least it doesn't have any hex hardware. Or perhaps they were really going with the theme of the body and using technology from the same era? However, for $230 that is a big nope from me and i'll stick with my Axial SCX24.

LOL @ those tires & at the price.

Looks cute but needs to be slightly larger, and a lot more affordable.

This is now the third thread for this Mini-Z crawler. :ror:

Mini-Z's are overpriced. Hard pass for me.

Great pics. What's the best method for uploading pics to the forum? Been out of the posting business for awhile and use to use Imageshack. I know there are much better and easier ways to upload. Any advice would be appreciated. Doing a photo and video shoot for this crawler in the next weeks and would like to showcase my reviews with video and picture uploads to RCCrawler.com

I’m getting one! They’re too cool personally. You can always convert it to a small lipo battery from AAA batteries. It’s not like these were meant to be long haul crawlers anyway.

I just stole those from the website. As for uploading pics, you just need a host to store them before you load them up here. I use imgbb.com, it's free, no ads and easy to use.
The Easiest way to do it though is to just purchase an RCCrawler star. I was trying to figure out how to buy one the other day. I think it's time.

I’m extremely stoked, definitely going to get one to put next to my old xmods and overland.

I was interested until I saw the price. Not worth $225.

1/24th scale plastic model bodies will fit on this chassis. Looking forward to picking up some Revell kits maybe a Land Rover or older chevy and bronco body to mod. There will be 3D printed body mounts available to make this mod., soon I am sure.

They fit on the SXC24 too and at a fraction of the price. :ror:

If you download tapatalk for your phone, you can upload pics from that directly to the site.

If you are using a normal PC, then you can use sites like tinypic.com to host a picture. It will give you a direct link that you can use to paste into the "picture icon" box in the formatting part of your post editor.

You have a point. :) The SXC24 looks well built and comes with brushless and lipo. Going to look for a store today online to pick one up and test out.

Fit and scale fit ain’t the same. Scx24 needs a 1/20 to half tuck the wheels.
