Default Missouri HB46 Possibly Could Harm A Leg of RC

Though there is no direct wording to ban hobby FPV and use of cameras on RC aircraft, HB 46 could easily be twisted to be used in such a way.

The bill mentions that no person shall conduct surveillance of any person or property without their consent. Well there are people everywhere so I can see how that could be an issue and you arent always flying in an area that is your own property (like with Evol's video of Watts Mill).

The fanatics are trying to give negative connotations to our "drones" and ruin FPV and aerial photography/cinematography. Please make sure our legislators take extreme caution to understand the hobby side of flying and video and make exemptions for it.

I know this is not hobby related but please help out those of us who stick cameras on our planes and helis. Thanks!
