| Winch servo ? for my scale friends in MT
Guys, Just guessing that a digital servo is not desireable for a winch servo? I'm basing this on my very limited sample of ruining 2 KO digital servos by opening them up to replace the cases. Thoughts? What oz/in seems to be about the minimum to adequately do the job? If I know the minimum I can be certain to add to that and select appropriately. Thanks, Scottrik btw, Ben...got some Bruiser leafs. TLT axles are running kinda spendy though. Sure the Axial Axles (say THAT 10 times fast...) won't work? |

HS 645 and similar are more than enough to pull a stuck truck out of the mud. and alot cheaper |

Believe it or not, I've got a digital servo with more torque than a 645 that actually costs less. Just wanting to know if it will work :-P

I think it should although it may be harder to center the pot because their more accurate than than a standard servo. I've never bothered with a digital though. I'll look around and see what others have done |
