So here is my one and only crawler at the moment. Since building this last summer, I have been looking at getting a new one when I can afford it.

TLT-1 axles locked
R2 black tranny from RC4WD
Moab tire
HPI Spilt 5 truck wheels
Junface TLT-1 conversion kit
XRS speed control
TQ3 tx and rx
Old rustler body until I can get a Proline '80 Chevy Pickup body
Integy 55T lathe motor
Futaba S3305 Hevy Duty steering servo
Oh, and at the moment I have a snowplow on it!

here are a couple pics, I don't own all of them now but I did build them all

My FJ40

A droop tuber for a guy in IA...

My first Hi Lift with proto-type 1.9 beadlocks...

Well, it had TLT axles under it so we will call it a TLT

A family shot...

The wifes Dragon Fly Jeep...

The Zook....

The Clod....

And the Plastic Fantastic...

A little wheel speed on this one, all four were off the ground in the pic. It didn't flip over and I did clear the gate

Hi guys, here's my first attempt at a crawler. Its not all that great but I did build the frame myself and that will be that last one I try.
xxt tranny
tlt axles
27turn horsepower something motors
S3003 servos,
These are all things I already had so it works for now.
Wanting to get either a j2 or a bender chassis.

First up is my pretty much stock Tamiya F350. This just has a few minor tweaks to it but otherwise box stock.

Next is what started out as a Tamiya TLT-1.
TLT axles (dremeled smooth undersides)
Thunderhorse delrin chassis
Tmaxx shocks (front 30w & Losi white springs, rear 35w & Losi red springs)
HPI wheels with Moab tires and star cut foams (hope to buy the beadlock wheels from Eritex in the near future)
Duratrax ESC
Integy 55t motor + 16t pinion
Associated T4 tranny
JR XS3 transmitter and RS300 receiver
Futaba 9405 servo

(photo credit to Jesse for taking the awesome pic!)

Here's my first attempt at building a crawler, started with the AX10 stipped all the green off and polished all the alum., used a Tekin Rebel ESC, a Hitec 645MG servo, 55T lathe motor, used the soft Losi springs on the front and Axial med spings on the rear. Then I did the comp 2 mods didn't buy the kit from CKRC just pieced it together on my own. Seemed to work ok then I went down to see Gerame he explained axle steer to me and I redid the lower links and it work much better and also got a set of the prestigiousErickson Beadlocks these are nice wheels (Thanks Gerame!) I polished the rings and reveresd the front ones just to different. Looking forward to meeting everyone around the area.

Looks good, looks like you had a fun weekend too!

My new body showed up Saturday.

I'll bring it along Saturday to show it off, but I'll switch bodies before I crawl.
