Default Info for My RCC Friends

I've been thinking alot about the future....my future.
AND
Its not got nothing to do with RC Crawlers
Its got everything to do with Handmade Knives and hand engraving.

I have a friend that makes spurs and buckles , went to his house to have him engrave a couple of knives. I got to watching him , and asked how hard it was to do , seemed real neat. He put the engraver in my hand and said to give it a go on some scrap. After about an hour , he took it away and said I was a natural and that I should buy a graver and some books and could be doing my own knives in a month or two.
AND
My knifemaking is turning into a fulltime job , which is good

SO

I'm selling out......EVERYTHING , except any tools I bought for it of course.

If you know of something I have that you want , e-mail me Dwane@OliverKnives.com

I will be taking an inventory of everything in the next couple of days.
I will be posting it up on the For Sale Section after that.
My Bros will get first pic ( 4cRc2 guys that is , I will be contacting you if I have that info, if not contact me )
After that it is all leaving my shop , in a shipping box or a trash can.

Thanks to all of the good friends I made here on RCC.

Dwane

Was a good run Dwane, glad to hear your enjoying and being successful with the Knives. But remember, just because you dont crawl anymore doesn't mean you get to dump us on the side of the road, stay in touch :P

DwaneO,
Just wanted to say thanks for the time and effort you put into 4crc2. I can honestly say you are one of the main reasons this rc thing became an addiction for my. I consider you a good friend and you will be missed, but I understand that priorities and passions change. Your knives are works of art and i know you will be very successful. Keep in touch and if there is anything i can ever do for you, don't hesitate to give me a shout.

Dwane,
Not sad at all,in fact I'm so excited to see your passion with knives is going to give you a new chapter in your life.I first met you in New Mexico at a WE rock comp/RC crawlin comp. There you hooked 4 of us AZ boys with a trailer to crash in and you and your wife's hospitality was top notch
Fast forward to a few months ago where you judged my daughter at a comp,
where she finished quite well.
Dwane you are a top notch guy that I have the pleasure of calling you a great friend....keep up the amazing work with your knives and engraving..
You sir have found an art that will be priceless in your creations!!!!
Not to embarrass you, but here are 2 pictures that I wanted to share with the RCC family.......

First one is from the first time I met you in New Mexico

2nd one is from our most recent visit where you judged my daughter,

Thank you for all you have done, and congrats to your future success!!

Dwane, has been an honor to have met you. There isn't to many genuine people on this earth but I can truly say I had the privilege in meeting one of them. Out of the many years of crawling by far your G6 I attended was the best. Good luck with the new, I guess we can't call it new as you have been making knives for awhile. I will call it added venture. I too will be leaving the RC. community, but for reason that are out of my hands.
Good luck and godspeed.

Andrew

Dwayne your knives are getting cooler every time I see one. You are an artist! I will definitely be hitting you up to buy a one of your creations one of these days and I plug you any chance I get.

I didn't get up there to crawl with you guys very many times but I enjoyed the hell out of it every time I did and you were a big part of that. We'll miss your crawler creations and seeing you out on the trail but something tells me we'll see you make a guest appearance every once in awhile.

Keep up the great work man!
