comp crawling in upstate ny

Hello,
I was wondering if there are any near by comp crawler events or just get together`s I live near Lake George NY. A few friends of mine and i have recently ventured into the building a crawler scene. Mine is not built yet as its in bits and pieces in the mail but very excited to get it done and try it out. Would like to try one of these competitions out if there is not one to far

Hi! i'm actually from Montreal and i'm really surprised to see that there isnt alot of people in the upper New York state doing crawler or scale rides...I went to Lake George last year for my vacations and this year was Delaware, and i'm always impressed by the adirondacks every times go across...would be a really really nice place to do a scale ride! lots and lots of mountains around! i'm actually thinking of going with some friends probably next year...now the nights are getting colder and colder so it might be too late for camping...(and if i'm not too far, might do a jump at outlets and get some booze as well!)

I've yet to hear of anything around this area. Everyone is into the oval cars around hear running on the carpet track. Would like to see something go on it's be fun.

There is lots and lots of spots todo it around here. This pic is just one spot in the woods behind my house just need to clear the branches and dead trees.

There were some comps in Buff/Rochester area,don't know if they still do.It,s tough to get people in my area into anything but s/c truck racing. People see my rigs & some drive them,think there great,cool,sick but thats as far as it goes.

there is 3 of us that have crawlers. We are into the SC trucks also and debating on running on the carpet in the VTA class at our local hobby shop

I'm in CNY. Into rock crawling but have not found a group to hang with as of yet.

I feel like im one of the only guys in the Saratoga springs area that has a crawler. A lot of drifters and racers but no crawlers.
