Links + Grease Lightning
 
So I was just looking through the forum and it looks like people are using grease lightning to strip the green off the links, where do you get it:?::lol:

Most people have been using the drain cleaner yellow bottle with tons of succes, that would be my recomendation. The Greased lightning in the white bottle is available at homedepot. EDIT: sorry i just saw that you tried the drain cleaner

use EZ off oven cleaner yellow cap."thumbsup" you buy it at the store:lol:

You can also use Super Clean purple degreaser with fast results....just make sure you check it often, cause it works pretty fast and if you leave the parts in too long it will start to roughen the surface of the aluminum after it's removed the color. When you check the parts, rub on them a bit with a cotton rag and it will tell you if it needs more or not.
