Default how do i determine gearing

ok so i have a 10 tooth gear on my motor , i will be using axial axles and axial trans, what would be a good number for my spur gear? i am looking for good crawling at half throttle but have some power at full throttle. thanks guys

What pitch gear is your pinion? My guess is that its a 32p because of its number of teeth. But it could be a fancy 48p...

Can you get a pic? Maybe mounted on the motor to size reference...
