what I did/do is go to the section in these forums for the base/ axles your going to use. For instance if i'm going to build a rig with ax-10 axles, I go to the ax-10 section and look at the pictures within that forum. There are probably thousands of tuber pics with in this forum, so you'll have to narrow your choices down a bit and do some looking around.

I was thinking about making a tuber very much like yours. That design uses pretty much the same locations for mounting the links and shocks as the stock chassis.

for my tuber design i did alot of sketching, and looked here for rc tubers and i also frequent pirate4x4.com which is a real truck rock crawling forum, i actually got more ideas from there than i did here for how i wanted to do it, just my opinion...
