Seems like a good pack for the money. I run almost all LiPos in my crawlers. The only exceptions are my new Tamiya CR-01 and a couple Tamiya-based trail trucks I have. All of my comp rigs, run LiPo.

Looks like a good pack, can't say I've heard too much of them though. LiPo is the one for crawling, definitely, why not take the leap... I've never looked back ;)

why is LIPO nesseccery for crawling? I mean i run them in my high powered BL system...but crawling dosent pull that type of current.or is it for the dishcharge curve?

Looks like a great deal. 7.4V you will get some very nice run time with that 4400, i would at least go with dean connectors to free things up a little

It's not that LiPo is required. I just prefer the discharge curve and the weight savings. for a number of reasons, I like having a light weight crawler.

Yes I understand that it is important to keep the top side light and concentrate all the weight low.

What size LiPo are you using? I have all kinds from tiny indoor heli to 5000mah racing packs, all 2C.
