Default battery

ok so i just bought a goat system what kind of battery should i use ive read about the lipo packs but im still not sure how they work, i need help with this one i dont know jack

We're going to need some more information, like what truck you're running, what motor, etc... Also, if you run LiPo you will need a LiPo charger. If you have a power system that will handle LiPO, it's the only way to go IMO. Also, you can get the Axial low COG tray and use a LiPo that wil fit up there. With my Goat I used the 1290 mah 2S LiPo from maxamps.com and it fit up there with plenty of room to spare. If you haven't bought from East End Machining yet, check them out. It's an EXCELLENT shop to deal with, with nearly unmatched customer service. They have the battery plate that you need.

If you dont want to spend the $$$ on Lipo setup. Then get these and mount them on your front axle.

ok the motor is the one that comes with the kit 18.5t i believe offhand and its going in an ax10
