HELP!!...pushing/understeer I am having a problem with my AX-10 always wanting to go straight when I try to turn. The wheels are turning, but the front tires just push straight. This may just me expecting too much, because I am crawling on rather smooth rocks. I don't remember it being this bad before though. I suspect it may be a weight issue, a sidewall issue, or again just me expecting too much. My set-up other than stock is: Losi Rock Claws/soft mem. foam - "don't seem to be folding under too bad" 7 oz. each wheel front/ no weight in rear Stock shocks/ internal ACE springs(on top of piston)/ 140w oil All links still in stock location 6 cell batt. on front axle This is occurring under very light throttle with a 55t motor, if that matters. Any suggestions, or just keep experimenting? Thanks in advance. |
Fully locked axles are harder to steer than an open axle. Same goes for the 1:1 world. Some new aluminum knukles, and cvds will increase steering throw and turning ability. |
