Go to the ax-10 section and do a search for the ckrc dig, there used to be a pretty good write up on it in there.

what kind of Radio? Endjust your endpoints? Did you file the output down yourself or buy the CKRC ones? Have you tried tightening/loosening the screws that mount it to the tranny?

When I used my it took some time adjusting and tweaking everything. I worked on tightening and loosening the tranny case screws untill it moved in/out smooth by hand. I found it would twist my mounting plate causing the output on the dig to no align well with the tranny output.

Also if your kit came with the plastic spacers that replace your stock green ones Id reccommend replacing them with the aluminum ones. It will help prevent them from squishing or becoming out of round and help hold the dig plate better.

Theres a good write up on here about setting it up, it may help out.

no i meant that the dig shaft its self is to tight the nylon bushing is tooooo tight and i looked on the web site and it said that it is suposed to have a brass bushing when i sent CKRC an email they sent me an email back saying that they changed from brass to nylon for strength. now i have been a mechanic for 15 years now and that dosn't sound right to me.

i ran my ck for awhile
my brass bushing never had any probs lol
make sure thats it well lubed and that you links is all level
if the servo is pulling the shifting rod up you could have some problems
