you could try if your radio has it, turn down your steering limiter. it sounds like you either have a bad servo that is shorting when turned to full tilt. i have never had this happen to myself but my friends maxx did it. or mabey just mabey your tire is getting hung up on your chassi some place??

It happens if you turn one way, or both ways?

It loses a lot of power, or just a small amount?

It is kind of sparatic but it usually is only when i turn one way and i know it has to do with the steering servo because while i was checking it i had the wheels cranked one way and i lost power so i unplugged the servo and the truck started working but i am a little pissed cause the servo is brand new probably only been on the truck for 3 days probably 1 hour of run time has anyone had this problem before and how do u go at getting it fixed i just am not sure if it is the servo or something else??????
